Who is responsible for your data
WeFuse B.V. is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Dynomo is a product of WeFuse B.V.. You can contact us at hello@dynomo.eu.
Data we collect
- Information you submit, such as your name, work email address, company, role, and the content of an enquiry or demo request.
- Basic technical and security information, such as IP address, request time, browser information, error diagnostics, and system logs.
- Website usage and performance information when you allow optional analytics technologies.
- Commercial and account information created when your organisation evaluates or purchases Dynomo.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, and take steps requested before entering into an agreement.
- To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website and Dynomo services.
- To understand website performance and usage when you have given consent for optional analytics.
- To meet legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to host the website, diagnose errors, measure performance, manage enquiries, and deliver customer services. Website providers currently include Vercel, Sentry for limited error diagnostics, Google services when enabled with consent, and HubSpot when you submit a form. Some providers may process limited data outside the European Economic Area using contractual or other legally recognised safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, and to meet legal obligations. Error monitoring is configured without session replay or default personal-data collection and removes request bodies, headers, cookies, and URL query strings before transmission. We apply access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, and supplier review to reduce the risk of unauthorised access or loss.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@dynomo.eu. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
